Reebok Running Shoes - Quality Guarantee Case Study


This was a ground-breaking sales promotion which was communicated using in-store posters & leaflets, the Reebok website, POS and an in box application form. Upon purchasing one of 6 different SKUS in the Reebok Running Shoe Range, the consumer could take the performance promise.  The consumer could trial the pair of shoes for a period of 10 days and if they did not like them, they simply filled out the promotional form with their name and address details in addition to a minimum of a 15 word statement explaining why they did not like the shoes and then send them to a Freepost address provided by Fixed Fee UK.  Upon validation, Fixed Fee UK sent the consumer a full refund to the value of the shoes indicated on the till receipt.
